Model RF4287HARS:
Ice Off light will not disable. Have pressed the “Crushed Ice” button up to 20 seconds, have reset the ice maker by pressing the reset button (which makes ice), have performed a reset by pressing power freeze + power cool and have unplugged and plugged back in.
Exactly 1 year ago, to the week, the board was previously replaced due to similar issues.
What is the next trouble shooting option?
If it’s another board, what’s the underlying condition?
