I'm on Google Messages and Carrier Services (both beta). I'm still experiencing issues with RCS Chat, every time my phone restarts the Chat gets stuck on either connecting or setting up. My temporary fix is to turn off SIM Card then clear cache and data on both of the apps then Google Messages will connect again

Having the same issue. At least we know what to do now after a reboot and Google Messages gets disconnected. Just repeat the whole process.

Just open "My Files" and make a folder, name it Pictures or Photos then move your jpg files to that folder

Turn on Air plane mode before clearing Google Messages cache if that does not work take your sim card out and then repeat the process. Did you turn your chat features off on your old phone, if not you need to do this

Do they send the code to the phone or to the telephone number associated with the phone? If you're on a GSM carrier (Att or TMo) and you still have the SIM card, you can insert it into another phone and maybe you'll get the code. Just a suggestion

Have you ever gotten an MMS before on this phone? Is your phone new? Do you have the correct settings for MMS on your carrier? Why don't you try clearing the cache and data on the phone app or maybe try resetting network settings?

Try to make a Music folder on My Files then move the audio file to that folder. Then refresh your Samsung Music app, is there is no way to refresh it just restart the phone then check if the audio file shows up on Samsung Music

I think the only way you can transfer or download your purchased songs from Amazon is to connect your phone to your PC. That's what I've been doing

When you transferred the songs to your phone which folder did you transfer them to? What I did was created a Music folder on my SD card, whenever I transfer songs to my phone that's where I drop the files then they show up on Samsung Music. Maybe try refreshing Samsung Music as well so the new songs would show

Put phone on airplane mode, clear cache and data on Google Messages and Carrier Services. Restart phone, turn off airplane mode and then open Google Messages again. See if this helps

Got Google chat working again. I put my phone on airplane mode, then cleared cache and data on Google Messages and Carrier Services. I unpaired Galaxy Watch 4 from my phone, switched sims with my S10 plus coz it's chat is working, restarted my S22 Ultra then waited for Google chat to say "connected", after it connected I restarted both the phones and switched the sims back. I checked my S22 and from setting up/verifying number, it went to connected. Now to tell you honestly I'm not sure which of the things (unpairing with my watch, switching sim cards to be able to verify the number) I did work or maybe it's a combination of all of them

You need to do it on a computer. That's how I got my music from Amazon to Samsung music. Download Amazon music app to computer, download your songs then connect your phone to your computer

Already did that, still did not work. I thank you for trying to help me but I guess I'll just try do what I saw on a post online about disabling the chat and not reenabling until after 10 days, we'll see if it works coz it worked for her!
