I am in complete agreement with everyone that is not happy about how their phones work after this last update. I don't have to give a list of all the changes that make my experience less than satisfactory. There are alot and I have read enough to know I am not alone. So, Samsung... the question for you is what are you going to do to keep me, as an unhappy customer, from going somewhere else? Keep in mind that I have up until now, only bought Samsung phones. I don't want to go to a different phone, but I'm looking.
