I have been going back and forth with Samsung to get this dilemma resolved as Samsung is entirely clueless and wreckless on their end. You want me to reply to you with my full serial number, specs? I’ve done so over the phone, I even told Samsung I do not want their defective product back, yet they replace the damage parts and send me emails saying the watch was both being shipped and being held in their Plano, TX. service department. Regardless this unwanted watch shows up on my doorstep via UPS, yesterday I called to inquire what is going on with my claim I filed in July pertaining to the watch and the injury. I’ve been to Urgent Care and recieved 2 shots of anti-biotics in my buttocks, and a biotic cream to treat the burn. I included my reciepts for the doctor visit in the package with the watch Samsung still has failed not only to resolve the service issue not to mention they’re not even addressing the injury. I was informed that I have to wait on upper management to finally make a decision onwhat to do with my claim. In the meantime I have a $400 watch I pay AT&T $50 a month for cellular service yet it now resides in a shipping box because I will never wear the watch again. Samsung is a joke, I’ve reported you to Consumer Reports, and will most likely file a lawsuit.
