My wife traded her S9 in for a S21 last year. She also had a new telephone number assigned as she was getting to many spam calls with the number she had for many years. When she tries to sign into her Samsung account she does not receive the 2-step text verification as the text is being sent to her old telephone number. How can we get her account restored? Any advise?

Go to settings, apps, just above the first app on the list it says your apps...to the right are dots to click...from there toggle on show system settings. Now go look down the app list for your Bluetooth. Open the app, go to storage, clear data! This will reset your complete bluetooth back to start.
