Hi admins & members, After installing the latest system update, my unlocked US s10e phone with Australian sim card is slow, unable to make calls, unresponsive & shows the following messages every few seconds: - IMS service keeps stopping & - com.android.phone keeps stopping. The phone works normally if I remove the Australian sim card, but is basically useless with the sim card inserted. I contacted the US customer support team & was told that my only option was to physically take my phone into a US service centre to get it fixed & that Samsung Australia would not be able to help me. A completely unhelpful suggestion given that I am now living in Australia & the problem is software issue that directly resulted from installing the latest system update. Can anyone help or have any useful suggestions to fix this?
