Another one here from Australia (with my Hawaii S9 that I purchased about and month ago and the update just installed this morning). Went straight to the factory reset and was surprised when I saw the 'IMS service stopped' message at the setup screen lol. It's been about 10 minutes since taking the SIM card out and looks like I haven't got the IMS popup and doesn't seem like it's overheating. Guess it looks like I'm back to my broken screen J5 pro until this issue is rectified. Soon hopefully, Samsung.
