Hi, I'm having the same issue with my unlocked S9 plus. Model number SM-G965U1 Carrier Vodafone Australia. Keep getting the IMS message, my phone is just over a month old and is pretty much useless. Have always been a big supporter of Samsung products, all my phones and tablets have been Samsung and have always been happy until now. Is there another update coming that will fix the problem? I've done the factory reset and it hasn't helped, I've cleared the IMS cache, but nothing.. Is there an actual solution or should I just bin my phone and walk away from Samsung? Not Happy!
