Hey! Yesterday I noticed that my buds were not charging while my case was on mywireless charger. After looking into it a bit more, no part of my case was working. The LED to show the case's battery was not turning on The LED to show the inserted bud's was not working Neither charging the case with a USB C cable (using multiple cables and wall adapters), nor wireless charging (multiple Qi chargers, all of which did previously work) will bring the case back to life. Could you possibly help get me pointed in the right direction for a warrenty claim? I did buy them from a third party seller on Amazon. Does that make any attempt at a warrenty claim void? Thank you!
