Similar to this thread: https://support.google.com/googleplay/thread/13382786?msgid=13382786 I am unable to download apps from the google play store, and I barely recieve any notification at all. I've gotten my phone replaced, I've done factory resets, I've cleared every cache imagineable, I've uninstalled all apps, this problem just keeps coming back. This has to be a samsung problem. I've tried 5 factory resets to no avail. I've brought it to UBreakIFix and they couldn't fix The issue has persisted through an update to Android 10 . Clearing the following caches didn't change the outcome: Download Manager Google Google Play Google Play Services Google Play Services for AR Google Services Framework I've also tried wiping the Cache Partition via the recovery menu as suggested by Samsung to no result. Unless I disable the google app, google play will not successfully download any apps. As soon as I disable the google app, apps download immediately. I've tried 2 factory resets, clearing caches and nothing seems to help.
