I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Watch in January 2019 and the battery life span has been fantastic until October 6, 2019 when an update was completed; the battery life span went from 4 days to less than a day even on the battery saving mode. I went online to find a solution to the problem and I found multiple complaints with the same issue. I tried some of the recommended tips (power down and up both watch and cellphone) with no success. It appears this is a known issue with Samsung for what I can see for over a year, if not longer; why continue sending updates that degrades the performance of a successful product it makes no sense to me. I want to know what I can do to remedy this problem.
