This appears to be a common issue with Samsung TVs within two years of being purchased. I purchased a 65” 4K 7000 Series in February 2018. Of course the Samsung warranty only covers one year and I did not have any additional extension options. This evening, the middle of the screen just darkened out of nowhere. This tv has been used MINIMALLY over the course of a year and a half. This is insane. I’ve had lesser TVs last years without any issues (including many Samsungs). I currently own two other Samsung TVs, as well. Has as anyone found a fix for this? I don’t want to spend money just for someone to come out and suggest a tv with MINIMAL use needs a repair that cost more than the initial cost of the tv. Not sure I will be purchasing a Samsung, again.
