For mine it is just certain things. My bank website is just one of them. I was able to get into Samsung pass (9 attempts in) deleted fingerprints, reregistered my prints to fix, and it still doesn't work. The message that comes up as I scan is fingerprint scan canceled. Seriously irritated. It still unlocks my phone, and accesses certain apps.
