I believe end of December will be the s10 series release. cause the s20 just got the update today. they are most likely working on 3.1 update not cause the s21 coming. so I would believe it would be mid to end month for yall

have you tried resetting the phone? and do the apps need updated or you can't update them because it won't open? if that's the case backup your data and factory reset it and try again.

try a soft reset, if not then a hard reset. sounds like an update issue.
