sadly yes, you have to buy it separately. You could buy it at best buy, they have it at around $20. You can also get on Amazon for a similar price too. You could also buy it directly at Samsung's website.

Ever since i upgraded to android 11 oneui 3, my phone has been overheating a lot more. For example, on Genshin impact(a demanding graphics game), my phone's temperature while playing the game only peaked at around 108 degrees Fahrenheit. At that time I was on oneui 2.5. Now on oneui 3, my temperature peaked up all the way at up to 118 degrees Fahrenheit. My phone felt like it was hot enough to cook an egg. Keep in mind, the game was on the same version, no updates at the time(an update could made the game even more laggy). Each oneui versions had a fair chance. Another example, when using Samsung dex, my phone overheats a lot more, and when I'm doing something on my external monitor and doing a separate thing on my phone at the same time, I get a lot more frequent warnings saying it'll force close an app in 20 seconds to prevent my phone from overheating any further. On oneui 2.5, I've never encountered this warning while doing the same thing, not even once. Any fixes?

When I download apps they don't show up in the apps sections nor the home screen. When I delete an app, the app icon stays there forever, saying "App isn't installed". If I try to search an app and press locate app, it doesn't do anything and just sits there. All these problems has happened ever since I installed android 11 oneui 3. I have a note 10 plus.

I mean no, I don't want my phone to explode. I just want to keep more apps open than apps closed. The most ram I've ever used was 8gb(I have 12gb ram), and I don't want the other extra 4gb sitting there doing nothing. Is there no other way than rooting my phone?

I've already tried this, although it does extend the time a little longer, it's not permanent. I want the app to be open unless I want it to stop. Even if I enabled 3 "keep open" apps, there's still a lot of ram left?

I have 12gb of ram and I've never used all of it, I want to take advantage of the 12gb ram and keep all apps running no matter what unless I manually close the app itself. How do I do this?

I just updated my note 10+ to android 11 oneui 3.0 and sometimes when I use apps like Samsung internet or YouTube, the status bar on top is in dark mode instead of light mode. Whenever I do screen mirroring, wired and wireless, it shows that weird screen, the image above. I don't know how to fix this. I have a Samsung tv and Dex works fine, but somehow screen mirroring doesn't. Help?

My vibration won't work anymore, not on calls, notifications, keyboard, or games. I've already tried messing with the vibration settings, I turned them off and on again. I also went on safe mode, but my vibration still wasn't working. Is my vibration motor broken?

I'm wondering when 1440p will be enabled on generic hdmi cables and adapters. I know the dex station supports 1440p, but different brand products don't. Will generic cables be capped out at 1080p forever?

My note 10 plus camera quality is spectacular but only when it's on the camera screen when I'm not taking a picture. Then when I take the picture, it comes out less detailed and more soft like. For example, when I'm showing my hand on the camera screen, you could see the grooves and lines more clearly and detailed, while when the actual picture comes out, it shows less of the grooves and lines and the dark lines and shadows are less pronounced. It also comes out looking a little blurry. My video recording's quality comes out fine though. I've already tried restarting my phone multiple times, turning off the scene optimizer, and clearing my phone's cache. Please tell me if you have any solution or think of any solution.
