Yesterday my Galaxy Buds case stopped charging and an LED light is no longer present when it is plugged in to an outlet. I am not sure what I can to do solve this problem myself. I purchased this product overseas in Germany when I was living there for the U.S. military. I would like to claim the warranty but as I purchased this product outside the U.S. I'm not sure I have many options since I'm back living in the USA. Thanks for the help. The product model is the SM-R170NZWADBT and the S/N is RFAM50DCGFV. I have only had the buds for about 4 months.
