I have the same problem, unfortunately I can't even choose "agree" on remote management.... Because sub menues basically isn't working. Tried everything, second time in1 year this tv goes to service. That's what u get when paying over $2000 😂 it seems ot bugged out when I connected Internet cable from pc to tv.
