Purchased Notebook 9 two months ago from Best Buy. The laptop stopped working today. Best Buy doesn’t do replacements or refunds and Samsung has return policy that doesn’t help the person who spent $1400 and needs the laptop for work. This is the worst policy. I’m out the money and the equipment. This is why I switched to Apple. Only had to get this work and I’m not at all happy with your equipment or customer service.
