Yes, I've noticed the same thing the past week.  Turning off the "screen always on" option helped a little, but not much.  I'm using the Frontier default watch face.  I've turned off all notifications.  I cleared all the cache, optimized battery, and cleaned up the RAM.   This happened a few months ago, but "magically" went away when I switched to the default watch face.  I also replaced my own battery at one point, which seemed to correct the issue for 2 days, then went right back to draining fast.  Samsung doesn't seem to have any answers; neither do any of the other users.   I'm using a Pixel 3XL.  What phone are you using? ...
