Have you disabled the Android System Webview? If not, please do so. Here is how to do it. Open Play store. Type: Android System Webview. Click it, and then up in the right corner, there is 3 dots. Click it and uncheck Enable Auto Update, then uninstall the updates on Android System Webview, then reboot your phone and try it again

I use ColorNote. It syncs to your Google account and so if your phone ever crashes or u get a new one, you can get all of your notes back, but if you delete notes on your own, it will delete them from the Google server. Try this method: open play store, then search for Android System Webview. Once you locate it, click it, then in the right hand corner, click the 3 dots and then uncheck the box that says "Enable Auto Updates". Once that is done, uninstall Android System Webview and the reboot your phone and try to do the update again
