The cellular connectivity with 5G appears to be broken. That would lead to the MCM issue since MCM pops up when you are making a change to a different tower. Try turning off 5G and see if your phone is more stable.

I did some digging into this and found that MCM happens when you switch towers. I've seen issues with 5G in this build. Try turning off 5G and see if MCM Client Requests stop.

I've had this happen maybe once a day on Beta 1...now? Every couple hours. EDIT: It appears to possibly be due to Cellular. I've turned off 5G and I'm having a more stable experience.

TMB told me my phone wasn't receiving all the paging notifications, even on LTE. I did a bit more exploration and found that the APN is set to only use IPv6 which goes against TMBs recommendations for APN's...I created a new one with IPv4 and IPv6 and it seems to have helped so far.

It appears to be an issue with 5G. I'm not sure if this is due to T-Mobile and the S21 Ultra or all carriers and the S21 Ultra. Turning off 5G resolves the issue.

yea... about that. tried to. they told me to take it to UbreakIfix so they can "solve" the problem...which is clearly an OS Issue. I've figured out that it's related to the existing issue many have reported about post reboot the phone can't connect to cell networks...and rebooting again fixes it...stating it clearly is an OS issue and even commenting that a factory reset was done lead to them saying "Samsung Repair Centers can fix the software issue" which...they can't...since it's a firmware issue that others have clearly reported.

What your describing seems more like a Deep Sleep which is part of Android. With mine it's more the screen can be on, I can be using it and notifications suddenly arrive En Masse

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing random delays in notifications. I.E. I'm at home, no notifications come through on the phone (or text messages) and the moment I get off WiFi they come through en mass. It also happens with some cell towers, when I hit a new cell tower, notifications come through en mass. This seems to rule out the network but rather the software is the issue.
