You need to put your phone on Android Recovery mode. Press and hold the power button and the volume up for 6 seconds. You can start by "wiping the cache" then rebooting it. If that doesn't work, you'll have to choose the "factory reset." You scroll up and down with the volume switch and select an option by pressing the power button once. Look up "manually clear cache on samsung" on YouTube to see an example. Hope this helps, if not, bring it in to a YouBreakiFix store and they'll diagnose it for you.
