I have had my note 10+ since October and it has been sent back for repair twice for the same problem, low temp error and will not charge. Samsung ignored my request to replace the phone and replaced the PBA for the 2nd time. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for many years, but i guess that didn't weigh in on their decision to repair instead of replace. I am very disappointed with this phone and regret that I purchased it and will think long and hard before purchasing another Samsung phone based on Samsung's support team response to this issue.
