Have any of the many class action lawsuits yet resulted in a recall/refund for us stupid enough to have purchaced a refrigerator from Samsung? I have been manually defrosting mine for 3+ years every month and getting tired of the 2 hour hassle. I tried all the solutions Samsung customer service offered,they are awesome how they seemed shocked about this problem. Our local repair man won't even schedule a service call(he says a waste of money) as the industry knows how poorly these were designed. I was also fortunate enough to buy the Samsung exploding washer! Please update me if anyone knows. Thanks!
