I am on my 3rd Note 10+ now. Same issues as described. First one developed issue with 15 days of purchase, took it back to verizon got a brand new replacement. That one lasted about 30 days, called samsung was told to take to ubreakifix for repair. Repair shop comes back 2 days later that it will have to be shipped to Samsung as the issue is the Temp sensor on the main board...sent to Samsung repair...gone about 10 days...comes back develops issue again within 30ish days. Called Verizon and I am now on Note 10+ #3. For a $1000 dollar phone...which by the fine print Samsung will not replace/will only repair....we need a solution to this. Glad to know I am not the only person having this issue. Side note- One thing I have noted about this issue that strikes me as weird is I bought a second Note 10+ in Aura the same day as I bought mine in black for my GF. Hers has not had any issues thru all of my replacements which have all been the black version.
