My wife brought a Galaxy Watch Active from Heathrow on our way to our holiday. She liked the watch and was very happy, that was until she went swimming. The display went blank and the watch died. No matter what we tried it would not restart. I read through the blurb that came with the watch and it said it was good for 50 Ft. of submersion in water! I took the watch to our local repair centre today to be told it is only IP67 rated in clean tap water not swimming pool or sea water. They told me it would cost more to repair the watch than we had paid for it, no offer of a warrenty repair or a replacement. The watch lasted less that one week before it stopped working. This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced.
