I also did not have the Expert Settings options either and I run the same firmware as you. You can still accomplish this! I did! On my remote there is a "CH LIST" button that shows the list of channels in a panel that appears on the right side (this is not the guide panel). At the top of this panel there is an "Edit Channels" button. Click that and from there you have the option to remove bad channels by checking/selecting channels then clicking the "Delete Channels" button that will appear bottom center. I changed the process posted above my just removing bad channels (i went through and made a list of all the channels under #1000 that didn't tune) instead of removing ALL channels and re-adding back in. Worked like a charm! I can't believe it!

Thank you so very much for this. I changed the process in that i went in and deleted the channels that wouldn't tune instead of deleting everything and that did the trick for me!
