Hello. I've looked far and wide for a solution to my issue, but after an update done to my phone on 2/24/20, my right Galaxy Bud no longer connects to my phone. I've tried every solution suggested in the forums from Resetting, to Unpairing and re-pairing. I'm unable to update the earbuds software due to needing both to connect. The right earbud still lights the red indicator light on the inside of the case, but it does not connect. I also should add that a usual replacement is not an option, since I don't have the Proof of Purchase with me any longer. Any help would be greatly appreciated to helping me fix this issue. I've greatly enjoyed my time with the Galaxy Buds, but I really don't want to have to shill another $140 USD for a replacement pair due to a faulty update.
