I would try the below.. The first link is from Verizon explaining what to do. the 2nd link explains you dont need service to update. Make sure to follow all the instructions from. the Verizon site since they are the service provider. Do you have wifi on? Are you still on att network? Att wont update the phone unless you have att sim in the phone. Friends of mine unlocked their att phone and took it to tmobile but while it was on tmobile there phone wouldnt update. Thats why im asking.

@LongHiker I agree. The OP mentioned he had low tone and i responded it might be shutter sound. You mentioned motion photo making sound. Thats why i tested to see if it makes a difference or not. So i just confirming that the sound would be from shutter sound being on and had nothing to do with motion photo. All good now. thanks!

To unlock all my prior phones all i did was turn off the phone. take out old att sim card and insert tmobile sim card and turn on phone. then the phone asked for the unlock code. Are you sure your phone was locked to begin with? I dont know if this applies to your a 10e. But on every phone ive owned to unlock it i had to insert a sim card from a different cell provider to trigger the unlock code screen. This was true on my att phones. I inserted a sim card from Tmobile which triggered the unlock screen to enter the unlock code. This was true on my Motorola Atrix and Razr, Samsung S3, S4, S6 edge and S8. I assume by unlock you mean you want to use another companies cell service vs your current cell provider. I unlocked all my phones before travelling and bought local sim cards so i wouldnt have to pay for ATT international rates.

In the Samsung email settings you choose how many emails you want to see. 500,1000,2000,3000,5000 and 10000. The more you choose to see the older emails you will have access to

The Samsung location has been in Palo Alto I think since December of 2019. Regardless when i called they said they dont offer repairs since they just opened. They recommend just call 800-samsung to ask

There are multiple posts on ATT forums such as the below. It was not clear from your original post. Are you still using a ATT sim in Honduras? Long press on your home screen like you are going to add widgets. You can then swipe over to the Samsung Free page and toggle it off in the top right corner.
