Sorry to hear about your oven and hopefully we can figure something out. I looked up a Samsung range to see if I can find that error code and this is what I found.
If the above troubleshooting steps didn't help, here are some service options:

Hey userEANaiZn45a, First, we can try to troubleshoot. charge the case and buds to 100%. If you have the galaxy wearable app lets try and reset them. Select About earbuds and then select reset earbuds. Also check to see if the earbuds need an update. If the problem still persists I would recommend calling 1-800-726-7864 or https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/ chat with online support to see what options are available for you. Hello Samsung_KxqUzOP, It looks like you got a great bundle and hopefully I can help you take advantage of the Buds as I own a pair myself. When I set-up my buds I used the galaxy wearable app. The app is great will let you know the connection, battery, and if the buds need an update. Hey user4CrPu4sL5k, I know that's annoying I dealt with that myself about a month ago but it's beneficial! When you have the chance charge completely, update the buds, and do a reset on the buds through the app just to give it a refresh. Wearable App About earbuds>Reset Earbuds>Reset After that your buds+ should be good to go.

Hopefully, we can help you, By any chance have you fully charged the headphones completely to 100% and have you downloaded the galaxy wearable app? The app will show you battery, connection, and check to see if your Buds+ are up to date. Hopefully this helps.
