Hi, I had similar but slightly different problems with my S20+ 5G. Please let us know if you issue is solved. In my case the phone loses internet connection to the 5G once in a while and cannot browse or access internet. As a short term solution, I changed the network to 3G and it worked perfectly. I contacted T Mobile customer care and they told the SIM Card was the problem. Both the phone and sim were new, picked from TMOBILE store. So I changed the sim and the 5G connection improved. But now the internet connection is on/off even wireless internet. When I try to make calls via Skype or whatsapp or zoom, the other party cannot hear me after 3 mins for like 10 to 15 secs. I called again and spoke with samsung technician, and their solution was to reset the phone. I did that, erased everything but still, the issue is there. I am thinking of returning and picking another one. It could be an isolated case.
