I'm disappointed in Samsung Customer Service. I've ordered a smart watch nearly three weeks ago since April 19 with express shipping due to the fact Mother's Day was coming up. I get a email telling me it will be shipped May16. Then I get another email from Samsung Customer Service a day after my birthday stating it will be shipped out on May 23rd. Help me make sense but what's the purpose of paying for express service when you keep pushing the date back for shipping my Samsung Watch I purchased & gotta wait a month or so for? So u mean to tell me there's no smart watches to be shipped out in the US from your stores or warehouses Samsung? In the near future I will take my business elsewhere where I will be appreciated.
