you should work on that , I like samsung not a foolish company called Verison I even regretted buying my phone from it , I bought the brand number one in the world "SAMSUNG" , how could you say that you send the updates to verison and it will release it what about the people who work outside US ? shall I travel to US just to install the updates and come back to Morocco ??? I took all my devices such as phones , tablets , , laptop , refregerator , washer .... and I'm thinking of a Qled 4k tv but if my phone's updates will be fixed If not I will change the brand , that's it

you are using the carrier so you are not gonna have any problem but what I'm talking about is when you're outside the country you won't receive any updates

If I had known that from earlier I wouldn't have bought my phone from Verizon or another wireless company , I've been waiting for update to Android 10 since It has released , I really regretted it

Hello everyone! I have a Galaxy S9 from Verizon and I want to update the software to Android 10. But when I check for updates it says that my software is up to date, but it isn't. And the security patch level is July 1, 2019. 1) I downloaded software upgrade assistant from verizon but It was disappointing . 2) I contacted Verizon support but they said since you're currently outside United states , you can't receive any updates. 3) I also tried smart switch but it didn't help , it says that my phone is up to date . I'm really stuck , I need help please .
