I have a Galaxy Note 10 + and it was purchased a couple weeks ago and I bought it from them. It's mint/brand new condition. I can't purchase premium care for it? Why? I work for a huge tech giant, tech support, and you can add "Care" to your device within the first 60 days provided you run a diagnostic on it first. That's it. Also... The "care" is transferrable if you sell your phone. This is pretty awful Samsung .for both of us. You're missing out on a lot of money. SURELY you can figure out a way to do this and protect yourselves if that's your concern. What a weird shame.
