I am also having a problem updating.. Clearing the app Cache and reseting the app did not work.. Reinstalling the app did not work.. I installed the PC Galaxy Buds Manager and the install also failed there too.. I have even reset the earbuds back to factory settings and the update failed.. It seems the buds disconnect from bluetooth seconds after the update starts causing it to fail. I am now noticing some problems with the buds where they are not chiming when i touch the touchpads. They also no longer connect when i open the charging case. I have to open my bluetooth setting and connect everytime i want to use them. Please fix!
