I also have this problem and it has now got to the stage where I have to open the wear app on my phone and manually click the connect button to get it to connect. I'm also finding the battery drains very fast, I am assuming because it is connecting and disconnecting so frequently. I am on the verge of returning it as the main reason I purchased a Samsung is to receive and reply to notifications. I also find it extremely frustrating that ING bank cannot be used with the pay feature.
