The same thing happened when I placed my s20+ down onto a hard surface, it looks as though the camera glass has been hit by a tiny bullet. With the genuine samsung LED case?! You put it perfectly, this product is not fit for purpose! It is a real shame that this very innovative camera phone has this flaw.  I have since realised this phone is the only phone that you can buy a specialised camera guard for.
