I've been having the same problem with Samsung pay way before the beta was put out. So I had to unfortunately stop using Samsung pay. 😒

Yeah they contacted me yesterday with an answer to your problems. I have the same issues and they said since we are in a beta, fingerprint won't let you in to a lot of things due to the beta not being verified by Google. Once the official One UI 4.0 is brought to the Note 20 Ultra, that should be fixed by then.

I noticed this yesterday on my watch 4. I just got the watch 3 days ago so I thought it was that maybe I didn't set it up right. I'll keep an eye on it today.

Same. I noticed it especially with my banks. It won't let me use my fingerprint for either bank. It turns off the option and when I go to turn it back on, it turns off.
