I sent my player in last week, and received an email this morning that it was received today, and just received another email that it has been repaired. Looking forward to getting it back in a few days and seeing if it works!! They sent a copy of the repair order, and the cost was $0.00. The problem fix on the order said "Reset Up".

I specifically asked if I was to send in the remote and HDMI cord, etc, and they said no. Can't understand why one would have to send in the speakers....this is very odd. Solutions seem to be all over the board. I did get a prepaid label after I spoke with them, and dropped it off today at UPS...we will see!

I also contacted them and was sent a UPS label to send the unit. I asked how long this whole process would take, and the service rep said 1-2 weeks. I'm thinking it may be longer once more people do the same.
