My guess is they will reprogram the ROM with an updated firmware that includes a new SSL certificate. Might be hardward programming as any attempt to boot using USB would not work I am assuming.

I asked to speak with a Manager then they came back and send I could just send the unit and power cord without the speakers. They are all over the map with responses.

Now the Pro is telling me that I need to take down all 6 of the speakers that go with the set and ship those back as well - like w-t-f. I am not understanding why they need the speakers to service the unit.

Same here with the same model. Spent like two days trying to figure out why my TV wasn't passing digital audio. Thought it was the cable so bought another but luckily ended up looking this issue up before purchasing a new setup altogether.
