Has anyone else noticed how monumentally terrible the sales and customer service has been since the lockdown? I have tried multiple times to purchase a 65" QLED 4K Q80T TV from Samsung. I can't get anyone from the sales department on the phone. The number defaults to tech support. No one can transfer the call to sales. I have been hung up on multiple times. I have send emails but they have gone unanswered. How does Samsung expect to survive when no one is answering the phone? If no one gets back to me and right quick, I will terminate my relationship with Samsung and take my business to Sony or another company.
