Has anyone in any country other than the USA had any luck getting repair support? I am in Canada and was told to ship the unit to a USA address (?)where it could then be sent to New Jersey for repair. Once repaired it would again be sent to a USA address (?) and I could try to find a way to get it here ... during Covid and as a result of Samsung disabling my unit! What about other countries? Are we simply out of luck?

After several frustrating calls, I have apparently hit the end of the road trying to get my unit repaired by Samsung. Samsung will only repair the unit if it can be sent from and returned to an address in the USA. I purchased the unit while living in Texas and moved back to Canada with it. Enjoyed the product nearly every day UNTIL SAMSUNG DID SOMETHING THAT STOPPED IT FROM WORKING. There are many, many owners who all experienced the failure at the same time and Samsung refuses to repair my unit because it is a US model and I now live in Canada. Seriously ... I even offered to pay the shipping to New Jersey for the repair but they will only ship it to an address in the USA! Not willing to simply replace it or provide some form of reimbursement. I was told that the bottom line is that Samsung will only help USA customers. I am incredibly disappointed that Samsung will not take responsibility for something totally out of my control and be accountable to either provide replacement or repair regardless of where I live.
