i heard samsung devices does not support fast wireless charging on uncertified 3rd party wireless charger because so many people had issues. i think its better if you could check with the manufacturer and see if their product is certified with samsung for fast wireless charging. or, you can report this issue on samsung members app and they might tell you if your product is compatible or not

there was an update that does not support fast wireless charging for uncertified 3rd party product. Note 8 might support fast wireless charge because this update was not applied on note 8. check with ventev, or try submit report on samsung members to check if your product is certified by samsung.

if you have 0 service even with a tower within a mile, that could be probably becuase that is not an ATT tower. you can report this issue on samsung members issue and they will analyze and give you answer

what is your carrier? and your software version? settings - about - software info - baseband ver also, did you insert the sim card from S9+ to S21? or did you get a new sim card just for S21?

i think you should submit issue on samsung members app. i submitted when i had this issue before and they told me it was an youtube issue and will be fixed on next software version and it did.

do you send it through samsung messaging app? sending media through message app lowers the quality a lot. so i recommend u to use whatsapp or other messaging app to send video and pictures.
