It's a beautiful device. I'm pretty annoyed with the Samsung apps though, like the camera being integrated with gallery instead of google photos. Managing a samsung account shouldn't be required for basic functions IMO but it's probably pretty seamless for past galaxy users

I had the same problem on my s21. Recent itunes downloads had bad sound quality through bluetooth, and the phone's internal speaker. In researching the problem, I came across instructions for changing the file format. Gave it a try, and it worked! Switched from AAC to MP3. mine has been going on since nov/dec 2020 on my S10. was told an issue with phone, too old, outdated to upgrade. upgraded 3 weeks ago. SAME ISSUE today on S20fe! tech support is NOW claiming might be corrupt file on phone, that needs system reboot and MANUALLY REINSTALL EVERY APP AND FILE!!! want to exchange phone under warranty, I WILL NOT DO THAT!!! i will NOT trade in a NEW 3 week old phone to get a 1 yr old used, refurbished phone! I get 5G now. The status bar shows 5G when I am not on wifi (when I am in 5G coverage area). The SIM card status shows as it should, also - Voice Over LTE, and Data over NR NSA, and IMS Registration status is Registered. After trying so many other things, the factory data reset is what fixed it.
