I am 4 months out of warranty and just got a fixed horizontal line 1/2 way down across my screen on all inputs. Running the latest software, tried reset and self diagnose. None of those options worked. Tried the messanger on the site and they told me to call the number. Called the number and was in cue for 30 minutes. It then asked if I would like a call back and not lose my place in the cue? I agreed and never received a call back. I have many Samsung products and have had great success with them. I hope there is a resolution to this one. Please let me know if you can help. Thank you.
