Same problem as you mentioned above. 2 months old. Sent it in for repair and was told it was water damage. To a watch that is marketed to be able to do a swimming workout while wearing. This watch hasn't ever been submerged and they refused to fix it without payment. I refused and they mailed it back unrepaired. Now the back is not on properly and I can't find anyone to install it correctly. I refuse to send it back to Samsung if they wanted to accuse me of water damage to a watch that is marketed and even states on their website is water resistant up to 50 METERS. Not 5 feet like the man on the phone at Samsung said. I am so glad I spent this money on myself for a Mothers Day gift to myself... to be accused of damaging it.

Interesting, I just sent in my 2 month old watch that wouldn't respond to my touch after mowing my yard. I was informed it was water damage yet mine had never been submerged in water. Not to mention this watch is marketed to be used for swimming workouts. They quoted me 200$ to repair. I had them mail it back broken for I wasn't paying just a little shy of the cost of a new watch for only 2 months of owning it. I since have received it back, the the back of the watch is "squishy" and appears to not be reinstalled correctly. So now the watch is clearly not even remotely water resistant. Samsung failed miserably on this watch and has a horrible customer service for their warranty. Why would someone pay the cost of these watches then destroy them in less than a few months on purpose?
