I had the same problem, so they sent me a replacement. Of course, it did the same thing. Slow internet, dropped calls, and not connecting. Worked with 5 agents who gave me 5 answers....until the 6th technician. The solution is to have the tech remove you from the 5g network. Yep, you're paying a crapload of money for a 5g phone and can't use the capability. False advertising!
