I have this same problem and just spent an hour with Disney+ doing all the troubleshooting that I have read, including uninstalling/reinstalling ap, turning off/on TV, setting DNS settings to 188.8.131.52 to no avail. Software is the 1242 version, the latest. TV model is UN50KU6300FXZA. Disney+ says this is a device issue, not theirs, and I tend to believe them. Appreciate the help, Samsung Lou.
