I purchased a Galaxy Watch 42 MM for a gift in June of 2019. With the least bit of moisture, the sensor cover comes unglued and the watch will no longer charge. I have received two replacement watches, the most recent in February of 2020. That watch is now on its way to Samsung with the same problem. So - a total of three watches have all done the same thing. I spoke to a Samsung care team member, and requested a refund. No success - just got the UPS label to send the current watch in - with a warning that if there is water damage I will have to pay for the repair. The watch is supposed to be water resistant - in fact, you are supposed to be able to swim with it! I also went to the Verizon store where I purchased the watch, and was told they can be of no help. The watch cost $379 and is useless. I can't get a refund, and in fact, Verizon told me I should just pay it off and try to sell it on Craig's List! I would never sell anything I knew to be defective! Do not buy this watch, and I will never buy another. The TV's and phones are fine, but the watch has been a sad, expensive mistake.
