Nah there's nothing you can do. I've had the Samsung Galaxy S series since the S3 and now I'm on the S20. I've just finally decided to give up on them. I have an iPhone 12 and Pixel 5 ordered and am just keeping whichever has the more accurate and consistent camera. For whatever reason it seems Samsung will never change their ways. Photos have always been oversaturated. Back in the day they often had a strong yellow tint. They just seem to program this into the software even when you take off all filters and beauty modes, scene optimization, HDR...anything. Nothing will help these cameras until Samsung decides to change their outlook on photography. Besides that the shutter speed is often horrendous on Samsungs. I try to get good photos of my 1 year old and generally the shutter takes a second or two before capuring the photo resulting in a blurry mess. I hate this phone. Finally selling mine next week.
